EXPORT SERVICE
HOW WILL MUDAMAR HANDLE THE EXPORT SERVICES FOR YOU?

- Receive information by you, regarding the customer’s needs.
- We will call our client ASAP to verify information and ask any other questions that we might think are essential.
- We will arrange a survey to the client’s address (if applies), to determine the exact volume and weight, so we can quote with precision the origin services.
- As soon as the survey has been done, we will send our quotation regarding the move.
- If shipment is booked, we will then arrange everything needed in order to move the shipment to the border or port nearest to client’s final destination.
PACKING
Depending on the specific needs of client, the HHG will be packed on wooden crates, carton and impact resistant boxes. The delicates objects like crystal glasses, china and stemware will be individually wrapped to insure their protection. All our materials are of the highest quality and have been tested. In MudaMar we treat your belongings as if they were ours.

Our new warehouse has the infrastructure to accommodate in adequately your household goods. Be certain that your belongings will be taken care of and that they will remain in the exact condition in which they were stored. We offer up to 15 days free storage for all import services.
IMPORT SERVICE
We will be pleased to handle all your import services from all around the globe, from our major ports, borders and airports in the country. Mudamar is looking to establish a long term relationship whit you respected company, please let us handle your import services and you will enjoy the quality and attention that you and your client require to excel.
WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?
Any request that you might need or information regarding our import department will be answered in 24 hours at the most, this will enable you to provide your client with the attention and speed they deserve.
All your incoming imports will be handled in an individual way, and with the attention it requires. All information required to import to Mexico will be handed to you, so the import process may be smooth and clean, avoiding delays, demurrages or any other aspect that might interfere with a firs-class service.
As soon as the shipment is booked and consigned to us, we will make an introductory cal to our client ASAP. Letting him know that we will be handling the destination service, request any document that we might need and answer any question that he may have.
We have the commitment to inform our correspondents o f every step of the import process, custom clearance, trucking to residence, delivery, signed inventories and damages if any, this information will be send to you immediately after delivery and unpacking has been executed.

Some of our client might need to move their vehicle abroad you do not have to worry, we will make sure everything needed from paperwork to handling will be arranged so this can be done appropriately.
